So in prison I ate lot of pbnjs, and Ramon... Can't forget about the five star messhall meals... But what I absolutely loved was that I had the weight pit every couple hours... I came home from prison 180lbs, I was fairly strong n I was happy. I'm home now I'm eating better, sleeping better, I'm pinning, less stress, I'm moving weight in the gym I never thought I could, I'm 205lbs and things couldn't be better...
