Sinasha0311U keep good shape. Once u start to go to gym then use gh. U will improve very fast.
I'm how much muscle did you lose?
weight didnt move much, guess replaced muscle loss by some fat gain.
i am around 84kg now, not sure for body fat i will post it later (i d say 16).
target by end of decembre 90kg at 12 fat.
i will be posting diet and workout.
6 months off isn't as bad as it sounds. Take you're training steady to begin with, lots of machine work for a few weeks. Readying you to step it up with more and more free weight training.
A few months down the line and muscle gain will of come back with a vengeance lol.
We all have started somewhere, you actually looking good considering you haven’t touched anything for half a year. Will be great to see progress pictures.
