Advice needed! 18 and 1/2

I've been working out for just about 1 year and a half I got my nutrition on lock. No drinking/ No drugs. So far natural but I have been thinking of breaking that. What should I do I'm fairly small just at 4% BF at 167. Not going to lie fairly scared to pin but I won't be a puss and just do it if I do. What's the advice you pros can throw at a new one. Father used to Body build and mother used to model. First cycle thinking of Test-E 14 weeks 400 and Dbol 20mg first 2 weeks 40mg last 2 weeks. Pretty standard. Thanks guys been taking it all serious.

I'd give anything to be back in the natural hormonal state that I was in back in my late teens/early 20's.... w/ the diet down I could probably be close to where I'm at right now (probably even better). And to be where I'm at now (which isn't anything great) takes alot of hard work, hard earned cash, and pinning lots of chems to get my old body to respond they way it used to. Shit you'd think I was 60yrs old by the way that sounds LOL (I'M 37 5'10" 200lbs @ just under 10%) avatar pic is from about 5mths ago when I was 185 b4 starting current cycle. BF was prob 10-12% or more.

Shit at 18yrs old I was 140lbs!! Not an ounce of fat on me, but not much muscle either!! LOL

I really f'd myself up in my mid 20's by thinking juice was the only answer to getting big.. when I slacked on diet, trained like a moron, and drank booze and smoked pot w/ all my buddies, instead of doin it right. NOW, I LITERALLY NEED HRT, or I'll waste away about 60-75lbs in no time. It kind of sucks man.. but live and learn.

I'm pretty hard on myself, but I just think that it's pretty shitty that I need as much test that I do now just to maintain 200lbs @ around 10%. Shit when I want to get very low bf I need milligrams upon milligrams of chemicals that fuck up my BP, fuck up my sleep, make me sweat like a pig, ...all that and when I was 20yrs old I had shredded abs w out even going to the gym or dieting in the least.. (I literally lived off of fast food).

Having said all that boring crap..... had I known then, what I know now about diet/training... I'd have been in near contest shape almost year round for christs sakes. Don't pull that trigger yet bud.... it's really not what you think it's going to be. You have what you need already in your body. USE IT!! BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE and you "need" to juice.

And as others have said... that's not anywhere close to 4%bf kid... it's a crappy pic but you look to be around 10% plus.

If your goals are to bulk up, increase your Calories intake & Protein at 1 grm/per pound of body weight. You got a great physique already, bulk up for at least one year and don't be scared of lossing your six pack while you doing so, it's part of it, at your age bro lol your test is like a fucken volcano bruh, exploding all the time, take advantage of that ;)

Eat your ass off brother find the perfect diet, look at your workouts fine tune them. take advantage of the free steroids that your body is producing.

First build a foundation naturally then when you have a SOLID foundation which should take 3-4 years, indulge. I never started until I was 28years old and I read, read and read about Anabolics for two solid years before I started and look at me now, I am 48 years old and have been doing this for 20 years and I am still learning.

Mass tabs worked like juice bro. FOR ME. And they were solid lean ass gains. But they're off the market now. But yea man, seriously ask anybody whose been down the road ur contemplating going down and they will ALL say same thing...take advantage of ur high natural test now while you can. And the rewards are...more rewarding. Because its easier to maintain. If you put ur body in an induced anabolic state ur messing with the status quo and everything goes back to equilibrium when you stop...and you HAVE to stop...or else you fuck ur endocrine system up....I dunno. But your in good shape. Try adding extra protein for a few months first...bet you see solid gains.

Bro your natty test is at a all time high, why would you want to add more? Doing so will only earn you some nasty sides, some even irriversable. If you ain't gaining it can only mean one thing, you ain't eating enough. Do not cheat yourself out of your natural potential. You should have no problem hitting 200lb by 25 with your diet in check. Focus on supps and diet till then, your body and health will thank you later.

Solid ass advice love this community! Thinking about just staying natty and using the food advice, My father says the same but he also says if I cycle now and lose all my natural production I will get big but will miss the part where I can save the money.

Wait til nearer to 25. Between 18 & 25 i added 45lbs solid and was sponsored as all natural. Simply by doubling food intake and switching workouts. You're at the age where you're a hormonal volcano. Use that natty route til you Max out...switch workous and Max again. Every 6 Weeks switch. Pyramid til failure keeping reps between 8-10{never Max). Then 10 sets with 10 reps. Drop sets. Two Weeks of everything is 50 reps.

Every six Weeks switch. Stay natty
