Ran a 20mg/day protocol for about 2 1/2 months. had to drink at least a gallon and a half of water a day to keep the dandruff, dry lips, and skin at bay. but the breakouts ceased to exist for about a year. an occcasional pimple here and there but thats it. and i was "that guy" who had gnarly breakouts.

same here,the other unwanted side effects such as headaches,hair loss, liver toxicity etc only come when you use a high dosage...
i am currently using 20mg a day..10mg morning and 10mg at night...
My doc gave me Retin A cream, but im not sure if i should use that or just skip to accutane??....
i have used retin A (micro.1%) on the past it works to certain extent but takes a while to actually see any results.if your acne is very persistent i suggest that you take accutane and if you want to stay on the safe side just get some bloodwork done every 2 months...a course of accutane is usually 5-6 months and for some the effect is permanent....i been in your shoes bro thanks god now im almost 100% clear.
Fuk it ima try the retin A for these next 2 months and if it dont clear it up like i hope it does im going to run the accutane after.
