+ 12 A few stills from instructional offseason video.
Well the misses and I have been shooting some high quality HD instructional video's lately. We still have a few more sessions to get in. These video's take way more time than I imagined to shoot. Some real tough work. From this video alone it took 8 hrs to shoot. Basically after every exercise, all the lighting and gear have to be stripped and set up again to the next station. Tough way to do a legitimate and realistic back workout. Next session will be more "raw" where the cameraman just try's to keep up with us. Looking around for some material for offseason for women's physique we found that there is barley any videos on the subject. Looks like most people want to only be seen when they are in prep mode and are in their best shape, and doesn't show where the real muscle is laid down.
Anyways these are low res for now till the final editing.
