A few shots of the gains I’ve made over the last 2 years.. Running only cycles of Test E (500mg/wk), a cycle of Sustanon 250 (500mg/wk) & I’ve run 2 cycles of Test E along side Nandrolone Decanoate (Test 500mg/wk, Deca 250mg/wk). No orals, other than AI’s (Aromasin). Take a look at some of my first pictures. I’m pretty pleased with the gains so far. I was 175lbs when I found this site & first started flirting with the idea of going dark.. I’m 205 now (195 natty). Big thanks to my two main sources.

I don’t particularly isolate my obliques.. I was really hoping to highlight the upper body gains as opposed to the 4” separating my pants from my dick.
Then raise your pants.
You can post pics with shirt off pants on, no prob.
You can post pics in posing trunks, basically naked, and say it’s for comp. no prob.
But pulling your pants down 4 inches with shirt off is frowned upon. My 2 cents.
Btw physique is not bad. Little small but I imagine with the dosages described that was your goal. Just toning up.
You think just small in terms of frame in general (don’t have the densest bone structure), or are there particular areas you’re referring to? Feel like the shoulders could use some roundness...
It’s tough to really see, if you did a front double or most muscular and a rear lat spread and you could see legs I could give better feedback.
We all have different goals, if you were eating and training to get bigger you would be bigger. And there’s nothing wrong with staying more aesthetic and trimmed down, you’ll probably live longer for it lol.
I’ll take a couple other shots & throw them up - I’d like it to look obvious that I lift with a shirt on, and aesthetic/proportioned with it off - I don’t need to be the biggest dude in the room. I’d like to flatter myself & say I have a similar skeletal structure to a Frank Zane. If I didn’t count calories/carbs/protein/etc or lift, I’d be 6’1 160. It’s taken quite a bit of work and time to gain those extra 45lbs. The first 25 were natural & took nearly 10 years gain. My dreams of being O’Hearn are on the side of the road somewhere back in 2016. If I can just stay above 200lbs, & eventually hit 225, keep the bf under 10%, & proportionate.. the relatively mild doses of shit I run will be worth it. Plus sex on test never gets old ...annoyingly distracting maybe, but never old.
RustyhookerBeing a hardgainer like that....you advanced a lot. Foods the damn chore for sure. And to bump well over 200 to lose it might be a harsh idea. Fast metaboli sm is the limiter for ya.
Rusty what are your thoughts on the vertical diet for hardgainers? Maybe not down to the calorie but the basics of it are all about pushing clean cals as high as you can without sacrificing digestion. His trick with the dextrose sprinkled over white rice might help as well.
For sure.. the Nandrolone helps A LOT with the appetite. One GOOD thing about being a hardgainer is being able to eat just about whatever I want, I’ve found a delicious protein bar that I’m able to just breeze through 4 of every morning to get the first 1000 calories, 40g of protein, & 80g of carbs out of the way with my morning coffee. But my damn metabolism is so fast, I have to eat just about like a bodybuilder (in terms of meal increments), just to keep myself in a caloric surplus. It’s taken me a while to just accept my very ectomorphic frame & what my genetics will allow. Body dysmorphia plagued me for years I’m sure.

Relentless458IT might be different from one individual to another, but if you need help with appetite to put on weight, good ol' EQ will take care of that problem. Notorious for increasing appetite like no other lol. Great for when you are bulking and eating every 2 hours becomes a chore in itself.
...also, I didn’t lower my pants down at all, intentionally or unintentionally. If you see where my boxers are relative to my shorts, that’s where they rest naturally, regardless of what I’m doing. I’m not sure what else to say on this.. I don’t even have obliques worthy of purposely pulling my pants down 4” to show anyway. I’m arching my back or something in the last picture, so my boxers to appear lower than they really were.

Showing gains literally anywhere is praised, but when it comes to the lower abs (which seems to be the area average dudes struggle w/most) people get very sensitive.. but I realize it’s kind of a sensitive community, and I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s day, so I’m okay with the “critiques” - Thanks for the actual critique though.. I am only 205, so definitely not a mass monster by any means (not really looking for that), but it’s a constant work in progress. Hopefully in another 2 years, I’ll be posting pictures at 225... with some serious dick root gains.
