Couldn't be happier to competed in the EBC.Then take that motivation and apply it to a real world comp.
1st place novice
1st place overall novice (over 30 competitors)
3rd place open mens overall.
6yrs without competing, so to come back and do as good as I think I did....I couldn't be happier.

Funny: During the carbload phase, I did indulge on alittle cereal, muffins and a candy/protein bar....cookies back stage. I handled all that nicely. I ate my
favorite- icecream of course and ended up fking puking that shit up at last night. Couldn't stomach all the dairy!!! We'll I probably could've if I didn't eat olive garden and pizza with breadsticks.
Fking spray tan and puke.....the.bathroom looked like shit when we left this morning lol.
