9 Weeks into first cycle

Sitting at 232 right now but with more bf than i would prefer. Diet has not been as clean as it needs to be so im going to get that in check and up the cardio the last few weeks. Other than that it has been great not really any sides at all. When im done with the cycle i will get some better pics up.

Thanks i agree,i was hitting the traps hard and they were responding well and then i started neglecting them....i been killing them again lately so hopefully they catch up

Thanks bro yeah me too! I am good during the week but weekends i tend to slack off. Im 28 years old 5'10" 232 right now.

We are a lot a like!! Its the Carbs at night that get me. If i do not eat them i get grumpy as hell.. I turn 39 on Friday and i think my stats will be 242 i lost 2 pounds and 17% BF 6'2 This weekend my diet will go out the window for a couple of days!! hopefully it does not all go to hell.. Do you do Cardio? I find my gains are lost with 40 min times 4 times a week. But my BF lowers.

yeah well i dont eat carbs past 2 pm except my PWO shake(during the week) my prob is I slack off and eat bad shit on the weekends. I do about 15 min cardio after every workout, but I am going to try 30 starting today. I think if i ate clean all weekend too i wouldnt have to do much cardio...

Yeah, I've seen people that look 100x worse get a "good job man you're doing great" on here. Yeah you could cut up a bit but I honestly think you look good and I think if you rotated the photo, you'd look better.

Thanks and I know i needed to drop some bf, guess its just a lil more than i was thinking lol and the pic is horrible becuase my abs are actually visible and this pic doesnt show shit. once the cycle is complete i will have my girl take a few more with different poses.

What struck me is the puffiness under his left pit. I've struggled with that bloat before. That the little bit of love handle fat is what I'm personally responding to. Dude, imagine this guy dry with no bloat from the enanthate. Hell cut that shit quick. So I can only comment on what 100 % works for me. Letro.

lol its all good man i'm not takin the letro either way. i know my diet has not been as clean as it needs to be so not gonna try to take letro to make up for it.

I can see you're really putting in the hours. With that high of body fat though, if have to cycle, I would suggest using short esters .

Respectfully, yes. Look under you arm pits and notice your mid section, I'm not saying this to hurt you but you have an hour glass figure. Literally. While the test e THE first cycle. You have a great opertunity to notice what it's doing to your body. Pros and cons.
I normally done recommend letro except for heavy cycles , but I think you would benefit from this ai. It will dry you up in a hurry and dismiss bloat and estrogen sides. Also a good opertunity to run a good pct and do a cut before another cycle. I promis all those methods in my link have served me very well. Diet will flip it on its ass and keep these hard earned gains.

Naw I want honesty cuz that will make me work harder...another thing is that I used to be over 300 lbs fat and have loose skin.... But I appreciate the honesty and I have a few weeks to clean it up and I will damn sure be thinking of this when I'm about to f*uck up lol

Also I see your profile says, you're 12-15% bodyfat I can't find that to be true, go look at my pictures, I'm 16.3% bodyfat and if you see my pics you will see.

Everyone is different and that is by calipers and they are not exactly accurate....also that stat is no longer current.

Boom! You're bulked up so yes...fish/chicken and veggies. High protein...no carbs after two. Add in 30 mins cardio after workout and you'll cut right up. Great work!
