15KG on my bench by the end of cycle. Cant list every gained made because i don't have a log unfortunately and going by memory wouldn't be 100% accurate. I finished the course at least two months ago.

Not much on var mate maybe 2-3lbs I'm not sure exactly because it was such a small amount. Decent strength gains though

None taken. Looking at your 6 month before AAS pic my personal opinion is you didnt need to start then when you did either. I had been in better shape naturally than i was after var but that was before. I snapped my left wrist I was unable to lift for a very long time plus diet was awful during that time. Got a bit messed up on coke too. When I started back at gym I was devasted about where I was currently at and wanted something to help me get my strength back quicker. I don't regret doing the var one bit.

Unfortunately it wasn't I didn't have the "knowledge" then that I have about AAS now. I was introduced to var by a friend who was just released from prison. The guys in there go crazy for Winny var and naps again oral only :-s but I can't blame certain people for not wanting to smuggle a pins in their a holes!
