What was your AI regimen for this cycle of approx 250mg per week? Did you get sides like bloat, gyno sensitivity etc or was it fully manageable without any AI?

No AI.. I pinned e3d so sides were minimal. A lot of people don’t understand that a lot of the sides come from inconsistency in hormone levels.. i actually try to pin ED now and literally not a single issue.

That's good to hear. Starting in a couple of weeks, I'm considering running 250mg of Test-E weekly, pin every 3.5 days @ 125mg and keep AI on standby just in case. I don't need super physiological doses, but also keeping the option open to starting @ 500mg per week, which remains lower than any cycle I've run in the past.

250 is super physiological considering your healthy male only makes 7-10mg/day. however, you more than likely will be fine on that dose without AI. if i were you, i would get slin pins and pin .33ml sub q every other day..

What gauge slin pins do you use to inject? Do you still pin to quads or delts, or use the belly area for these subq shots?

I have 29g i believe. any is fine.. i usually do belly sub q but quads are quick and easy as well..

Q’s! i have not got bloods pulled but the fat loss and fullness is up to par with what i’m used to on 3-4iu.

i wouldn’t split. i would pin all 4iu preworkout. maximize lyposis to burn as much fat as possible. assuming that’s what you’re using it for.
