Left is a couple of days ago, right is from 2011. I've never been nervous about shows in the past but I am this time. I guess that's a good thing haha. Deff my best package I've ever brought to the stage. I feel like I finally got my conditioning down. Wish me luck

BendTheBarbellHoly moly......dude you have put on so much mass. That crown is well deserved lol. You obviously know how to eat but do u keep a clean diet keeping ur bf in check while adding mass or do u bulk off season and cut down?
Usually what I've done is just let myself go lol but this time I want to stay in shape all year round so For the offseason I'll probably bump up my chests to like 3-4 times a week but keep the rest of my meals clean
