Lifted-presence92Yes sir it’s funny seeing these young guys that don’t wanna come off for a few months thinking they lose actually muscle nahh man it’s all glycogen and water retention that’s if they stay eating as they should and still training hard.
My favorite one is seeing these young guys hop on a cycle and a few months later the are all puffed up thinking they accumulated that amount of muscle tissue lol.
Then they go on to say the gear was bunk that they ran.
Haha right! We would love to keep all that water weight forever, inside muscle, even after the cycle is over though, wouldnt't we all? Just imagine that, world full of beautifull muscular people, after one 12 weeks cycle

I love fullness that high carb + salt diet gives to me. I love the feeling of being the biggest and the strongest in the room more than anything else. I only cut when I reach 15%, but nothing dramatic. Least fat percentage I had was 7%, found that uncomfortable and completely unnecessary for me as I have no intention to compete. I personally feel best when about 10%, while eating clean, trying to gain muscle slowly and steadily.
