+ 10 6 week Update
ad
At the conclusion of week 6, my Anadrol pulse has come to an end, and I'm now continuing with my testosterone regimen for the remaining 6 weeks. I've noticed a slight increase in body fat compared to my previous experience on the community forum. Interestingly, I felt that I looked better back then, but I'm content knowing that I've significantly improved my strength since then.

Oh thanks man, my fault.
Thumbs up all day buddy, keep it up!
Looking good +
Let’s catch those legs up to that torso my dog, good work!
That’s my biggest struggle I came from a triathlon background. My legs have always been twigs from the distance stuff. I am training them twice a week though and I do feel like they are getting better… slowly. I just started doing hack squats.
Separating quads and hams right? Twice a week is essential IMO to grow legs but they’ve gotta be one day quads, one day hams and glutes to maximize recovery
Exactly what I’m doing. What’s your favorite ham exercise? Been doing a lot of dumbbell straight leg deads.
I just love a good laying ham curl. I’d do those, some seated ham curls, and then a hip thrust because I feel those more in my legs and I feel deads more in my hips and glutes than my hams.
But if you max out the laying ham curl for controlled sets of 20, you’ll have some damn good hamstrings I think
Great job!
Thx bro!
How much heavier are you know?
So in my profile picture when I was last trying to body build I was 190. Now 215. What you think?
"Off season" I am usually 20lbs heavier. Feel better that way and can train harder. If off cycle I don't worry to much about BF% and don't even bother checking as long as I don't start looking sloppy. Starting a cycle Off-season then usually have to cut some BF% before starting cycle. Just have a more productive cycle that way. it is nice off-cycle to just live life, workout when I can and not be so fixated on BF. To really determine if you need to do a mini-cut before bulking should be monitoring BF%. If poundage on the scale shows lean mass keep bulking, if fat is gaining to quickly then mini-cut and resume back bulking. Don't be to concerned about how you look, just make sure you are gaining lean mass. You look just fine, just stay in tune with body on cycle and don't let any fat gain hinder progress.
Thank you Makwa I will keep that in mind. Loving the extra strength from being heavier!
Thanks guys been a lot of hard work!
Nice work. Respect.
anvilLooking great!
