This is my results after a 5 week cut. Used dnp for 5 solid weeks. Dnp can kill you if mistreated. I done this before my test and npp cycle. Next time I'm going to use t3 and clen before I even think of using dnp again..

I did 30-45 mins cardio 5x a week along with a usual lifting days eating 500-800 under maintenance and carb cycled

I'll be blunt, I don't like the way your promoting DNP. From a safety perspective it's a poor choice. By showing your results it will unfortunately influence others to follow the same path.
IMO this should be deleted.
By no means did I intend to promote it there. It's really harsh stuff. It will kill you if you use it wrong.
I can see that, I appreciate your mature response. It's considered a taboo subject here and some members will unfortunately take a cavalier approach to it, especially when they see someone succeeding with it.
I'm glad you've achieved your goal, but you're a young lad, don't take such big risks in future. I'd rather offer you my time to help you build a nutrition and training plan than see you roll the dice with stuff like DNP.
Yea I can see that mate when you read about it on forums they think it's a good idea to mix with tren and run crazy doseages that's crazy tbh lol. I hope whoever reads this doesn't think it's ok to go and and take this stuff with atleast 3-5 months of constant research. You can't have a social life on this you are physically drained off all energy there's times you sleep for 18+ hours a day. I haven't always been a chubby lad. Up until 3 years ago I stopped boxing had done that for many years done quite well had 15 fights lost 3 off them and since I stopped I just kept putting on weight then started lifting and got fat as fuck ahah but main story is for people reading this to do a have a good diet and lots of cardio. If you find cardio boring switch it up abit do insanity

Plus 1 for the weight loss but as others have said...keep away from DNP, Clen, T3 & T4, early morning cardio on empty stomach is a good way forward.

I would count more on good diet and cardio 5 times a fucking week for 45 min a session, ever tried that? anyway you look good, don't use dnp anymore, and t3 and clen are used if youre going to compete cuse they will fuck you up also, clen kills you heart a study showed that it was as bad as phen phen if you don't know what it is, its a drug that was recalled from the market cause people were dyng of hear attacks, clen is compared to this shit, t3 well again if youre not competing I wouldn't fuck with my thyroid, bro its all about diet man, its diffuclt, but if you put youre mind and soul you can achive miracols with just diet with out, dnp, clen and t3.
Yea that's what will be happening mate. This is no way to justify it but I wanted to drop the fat as fast as I could so I could start a bulk. Within 4 months I dropped 3 stone I'm now I'm up heavier than what I ever was at 12-13 % bf. Everyone learns from there mistakes and mines was no excerise while drinking alot and eating shit.
