First I want to apologize I have no clue how to pose correctly, some of you guys make it look so easy.

Thank you Naps for the unbelievably fast service I don’t believe it was more that 5-6 days East Coast. Product presentation is fantastic. This is my first time using this source but his reviews alone have be a believer . I will have a detailed Review up in few weeks on the Pharmaqo Products.

I Started Naps Gear roughly 2 weeks ago. Was using different brand during July but due to injury tore my Linea Alba (See pic Abs shifting and lost a lot definition lower) I had to drop everything until I talked to surgeon. He gave me the green light to continue Lite training wearing Hernia belt until possible surgery.

I’m current Running Pharmacon 40mg Dianabol daily and 75mg Tren A E3D using Sustanon from another source.

Holy shit. Guy looks better than Hulk Hogan in his prime! You must put a lot of hours in on those abs. What’s your go to/most effective ab workout?

Honestly the only exercise I really do is hanging knee or leg raises. I never do crunches or anything like that due to lower back surgery had years ago that stops me from comfortably performing most ab exercises. Hope that helps.
