40 yr old labs "Post PCT" and "Pre Clomid x 6 weeks"

These are my most recent labs. In May, I had test levels of 39 because I injected fake test on second half of cycle. Doc gave me cyp for 5-6 weeks, then referred me to endo.
Endo gave my clomid for 6 weeks and the above labs reflect Post-Clomid Treatment.
