+ 3 4 weeks into Test E and EQ cycle

Started out with a decent amount of body fat. Waiting to get an order delivered from performanceformulations to start shredding some of this fat. Diet and cardio have been just ok the past month. Got a lot of work to do as you can see. Weighing in at about 225 right now. Wanna get down to 200 but I need to step up my diet game
