have you tried different tempo's for your bicep exercises? concentration curls, where you squeeze at the top and let it down more controlled can become a great "shaping" exercise
also as mentioned below, you can add chin's near the end of your back workout and focus on the eccentric (neg. reps) portion of the lift for example 3-3-1 tempo.. pulling up, chinning hard contraction, then hold it for 3 seconds at the top, then coming down for 3 seconds. even trying a 4-3-1 tempo where you make the negative portion of movement 4 seconds long.
Your frame and bone structure look to fantastic for BB. As far as crticism goes---you know as a BB that EVERYTHIG needs improvement..LOL! No such thing as too big or too ripped. But you look great here and as long as you put it all together on contest day, you could very well do quite well.
An NPC competition I assume??
Yes npc thnx so much for compliments and advice i know my bis r weak they get bigger and r very strong but i cant get them to peak no matter what all suggestions appreciated thnx so much brothers
Chin ups will make your bis peak quicker than anything. Also do latters. Best way to do this is a smith machine bar, lay on your back and grab the bar and pull up and rep out til failure, raise bar one knotch and repeat, then raise bar again and again til your almost standing up. Your bis will be peaking nicely in no time.
im assuming underhanded chin ups i do lots of pull ups now for my back work outs thnx for the advice bro ima try the ladders as well
yes underhanded
breakingfaceMy arms started to grow the day after I stopped trying to be strong.
Ive recently started trying to develop more of a mind muscle connection and focus on the contraction and pump rather than weight ill keep you guys posted with pics every few days i appreciate ur guys advice im also gonna post my cycle n the cycle logs section when i get time cuz i need advice with that also
breakingfaceYou have great upper back/shoulder genetics. Solid chest as well. I would try to bring the arms up as much as possible to balance my previous points.
