Two questions:
IV? Do you really have to use the vit B intravenously?
How well does the vit b work? Like I’ve done patches and stuff which claim to boost energy, but it was always meh.
Not intravenous but intramuscular injections are the normal. I use a 1ml luer lock with a 29g 1/2” needle in the deltoid. It really is a painless shot.
I can definitely feel a euphoric energy for the first 48-72 hours post injection. Now that I have this kit I am going to split the dose and inject every 3.5d see if I can keep the feel good energy going the entire week.
