Well ive been out of the gym for over a year due to a knee injury sadly living on fast food, ive been back in the gym for about 3months now dailing my meals in starting to feel alot better getting my energy back and still lift some decent weight no where i used to be but will take some time. weighing in at 203 yesterdaty body fats fairly high right now. but all in all glad to be getting back into it.

breakingfaceI made the same diet mistakes after my injury took me out of the gym. Are you planning a cut right away? Or are you going to focus on packing the size back?
