Well everyone below covered it pretty well. You need good diet and lots of cardio with some resistance training to tone the muscles. Got a ways to go! But you can do it.

i appreciate the advice. and for my diet, all im eating now is boiled eggs tuna & baked chicken in sensible amounts. i dont eat anything until noon, so in the morning i just drink black coffee & go for a run. and i drink atleast a gallon & a half of water. so i guess you can say im on a keto diet?

yea,i just started eating clean again,i fell off because i wanted to enjoy life for a little, alittle turned into a year lol. im going to start playing basketball again to help trim down. im not going to lie though at this weight my strength is out the roof right now i can do sets of 20s on the pull up bar but i know this weight is not healthy. does anyone recommend clen?

No!!! No!!! Way overweight to touch that. Some on here say dont ever use it. When you wake up do cardio on an empty stomach. Drink coffee or take some BCAA with caffeine if you need the pick me up like I do. I suggest you go get a physical and a full blood panel before you decide to start anything. You should lose weight quick being that heavy so no need for clen or anything else. Wait till you get into better shape. I wish you luck.

thanks alot. im doing a low calorie keto diet. im eating alot of eggs, tuna & skinless chicken. I am also doing alot of burpees & i run for about 15 mins each morning on an empty stomach like you said.

The free world isn't really free. You pay taxes and are at the mercy of your life choices that you are free to make. There are choices you have to make both to stay out of prison again and to get you back to 215. Self discipline and self control being a couple.

Unlike fast money and steroids, the right way can be the most difficult. Live an honest life, get a legit job and get your diet and training in check.

Your only 22 , seriously obese and you want to run a cycle? Apparently just out of prison. You need to focus on a job, diet and gym. Go in early, stay late. Make yourself available on weekends and holidays. That's how you stay out of trouble and get ahead in life. Dont be one of those dudes that goes back your young enough to turn it around...
