LaTTTimer99Clenbuterol buddy - try doing your cardio early AM before any meals other than some stimulants (clen, caffeine, etc) and about 15 grams of some high quality BCAA's will keep you from going catabolic. Get at least 2 meals in before lifting that day, and cut your carbs after 2-3PM. Take in clean protein every 2 1/2 hours, but the fat does not come off without cardio. Clen is the quickest way to burn fat while preserving muscle, and after running it awhile it becomes mildly anabolic and is also effective as part of your post-cycle therapy. I'd say get busy with morning cardio, get a clean keto diet and get ahold of some clen.
Best,
FinaBeast22Very good advice..
FinaBeast22Def shows you were on a 8 month layoff! Even though you don't stay active, a proper diet and nutrition plan goes along way. Diet is more important than roids or actually what you do in the gym. Keep pushing and keep a clean diet along with the stairmaster. You will notice a huge difference.
AnonNot to shabby for an 8 month layoff. I'm jumping back in from a 10 month down time myself, but I I got more work to put in then you do. Looking good bro
Good luck brother. I also have asthma, what meds are you taking? Albuterol?
yeah im taking albuterol, its not severe but its bad enough I'll be outa breath walkin up steps at times, sucks ass ! lol
LaTTTimer99Double check this for sure bro, but I'm pretty sure both Clenbuterol and Ephedrine are bronchiodialators - my understanding is they increase your bodies ability to optimize oxygen intake and use - plus Clen increases your body temp, which helps burn off the fat. The first 2 weeks of early AM cardio are the hardest bro, but I promise you that after awhile you'll notice the quality of your day and your mood should improve - you should also not run out of breath so easily - a natural side effect of increased cardio and weight loss.
Nail it bro you got this!
Yeah man! My asthma pretty much goes away in the summer but in the winter it gets bad. I can't run or do any sort of cardio lol
Good luck buddy ;-) +1
thanks bro!
+1 bro! Keep it up
i only stop when i tear something or break it! lol thanks man, im gonna get back in shape if it kills me
