+ 11 3 months into a 2 year goal to try and compete when im 29

3 months of dedication to a bodybuilding lifestyle and training. Cycle I just finished that really pushed my body to grow was 100mg tren ace Ed. 75mg var Ed, 250 test c Every week split into 2 shots , 6 ius nuptropin a day 3ius morning 3ius night all from us Dom , tren a and aromisin Artic titans as well , first set.is now second set is 3 months ago but most can tell im.sure , legs are a work.in progress but growing fast considering squating causes me alot of knee and lower spin problems from a leg height difference that is just small enough to make a Difference in stance and leg placement so making the gains there as fast as I can. Train then 2 times a week. also shout out to titans for giving me store credits to replace two vials of extreme tren ace that had peices of rubber falling into them because of a couple different reasons they have fixed since then

Your diet. Why ?
You made results yes. But look back and say holly shit what you could of looked like if you stuck to the diet plan. You have great potential id hate to see you screw it up

Meal 1 8oz ground turkey
44g carbs shredded potatoes
Meal 2 48 grams whey
2 packets oat Meal
1/2 cup avocados 1/2 banana
1 cup sweet potatoes
All blended with almond milk ,greens super food powder and mct powder
Meal 3 8 Oz ground beef
Half cup jasmine rice
Meal 4 7oz salmon
Half cup jasmine rice
Pre workout Meal is Meal 2
Meal 6 8oz Talapia 1/2 cup jasmine rice
Meal 7 clear whey isolate 22 grams
Rice cakes
I wouldn't say I skipped out on my diet except at night when I take my medicine but that's a hard battle to battle thanks for your input though bro

How were the effects of HGH on your progress and would you say it is was worth adding ?

Yes absolutely I still.had a high carb diet cheated alot due to seraqual at night wich gives you cravings for sugar you can't say no.too.if anyone takes it you know what I mean , I did 0 caridio and Abbs and was still able to lean out like I did so YES it is worth adding the growth hormone for.sure I don't think.i would of had the same fat loss at all

I used to take seraqual to sleep after to much Crack never once did it make me hungry I would occasionally sleep for 3-4 days but I was never hungry but that's probably cuz I wasn't prescribed that crazy stuff I just got the blister pack sample and skipped straight to the big one and good work you look like you take sauce and lift I work out with some bros who advise blasting grams and they don't do the work and it shows and they should probably take their purple faces to a Dr

I take Seroquel to sleep as well at night and I can attest to the fact that it is straight warfare with the mind trying not to eat on the shit! When I kicks in I wanna eat everything!! I'll wake up at 2am or 3am to piss usually and still be craving food hardcore.....especially sweet things which are the worst! Lol I get it man!

Lmao I've caught myself border line sleep eating sometimes people don't understand how hard it is to say no it's like you have no control you just eat and eat till your body says enough

Just make sure if you order from the site that had.nups and angi tropin that you use the right website lol yes a.moderate dose of test and 4-6 ius a day always has me feeling pretty good

I had an issue with one leg longer than the other. My hips were out of whack. Had constant pain in my lower back. My left leg went numb sometimes. It was horrible. Chiropractor snapped me into shape. The first chiropractor that found the short leg couldn't fix it and had me wear inserts on the short leg.

Same story here bro my chiropractor can make it managble but it's expensive to maintain I also haven't been wearing my insert while i.lift lately for a more natural feel but I think it's hurting me more then helping

Try a different chiropractor. I haven’t had to have my hips set again after the second chiropractor got my hips aligned. It’s been over 15 years. The first guy wanted me to come back weekly or biweekly. I asked the second guy how often I would need to come back. He told me I was all set. Come back if the pain comes back.

Honestly i knew some would say this and that's ok that's what this sites about, i only run 100mg tren a every day for 4 weeks then 2 weeks 50mg a day then I'm done for the year that was the case this time but I really wanted to see with all the changes I made what running tren and var would do say for a prep. Wanted to just experiment a lil bit for later down the road but that's a wrap for tren for the year it was alot of fun this time
