+ 5 3 month coronavirus regressions

This is me now and before. I lost most of my gains due to not working out since all the gyms have been closed in cali for 3 almost 3 months now. I cut back on eating. Went from 6 meals a day to 3. I also went off of my cycle since I see it as wasting money if I can't trian hard. No matter what I'm happy and I'm excited to post a progress pic once I start training if gym open soon!

Parce Que hubo Pues!!!! Aqui en los EEUU saludandole queriendo hacer un amigo del hierro y la vida de pesas FisicoCultutismo. Yo me paso en Medellin y bueno estuve en Cali par de veces entrenando en un gimnasio muy vacano cerca a la plaza donde esta el Cartel de letras grandes que dice Cali al lado de la compania de servicios de Elctricidad y luz hay un Dominos Pizza por ahi y un centro comercial habia un Arreperias MAS RICO! Hermano cualquier cosa me dices que seria genial tener un contacto en Colombia por que no se como esto funciona para recibir pedidos en COL. tengo muchos pedidos realizados de varios fuentes aqui en los EEUU pero nunca aya pues y no se bueno hablamos que estes Bien.

Not having a gym to working out is just an excuse parcero, u can do body workouts and maintain or even make gains if your diet is on point

I do have dumbbell at home brother. It's not the same as the gym. If you can get the same results and keep your body with some dumbbells then more power to you. Also, read my post. I USED to EAT 6 times a day, now 3. I was on a cycle, I went completely off. I was working out 7 day a week now none. Is you think that I got my look by just taking gear then you are completely disconnected. Regardless you can think what you want. Thanks for commenting either way. and if you see the cycle I'm considering to run once gyms open. It's relatively modern. On that post I reply to Irish with my potential up coming cycle.

I know people who've never been to a gym and workout at home, loads of people do it, you have no choice when the nearest gym is over 2 hours away. 4 hour drive daily.

I can agree with that. I used to be an OTR truck driver. Sometimes I would sleep in areas with no gym and had a few dumbbells and bands in my truck. But once I was home, I would go extra hard at the gym because my "on the road" workouts, I would consider them rest days. But I feel like I need to find ways to kill it at home. I have a few things at home any recommendation on what you guys are doing at home would be appreciated. I see a lot of guy on Instagram showing their "at home workouts" but I know some guys personally that have good connections and small gym owners are allowing them to train low key at their gyms.

That's true. But it takes more than gear. I started training at 17 and started using gear at 22. During my teens I had access to gear especially from all the gym rats. I didnt jump in until I felt that I was absolutely ready and couldn't make more progress no matter how hard I trained or ate.

That's true. And the second wave is absolutely coming the way things look! To be honest, it's just hard to motive myself at home. I just miss the gym environment. Not the people. I would train around 11 P.M to 1 A.M. the gym was absolutely empty and perfect.
