Hey guys just wanted to upload some pics of me, i've never used the sauce before but i've only been working out for about 6 months now consistently though my diet could use a bit of work (3 meals a day) just started using whey protein but the protein farts are ridiculous.

breakingfaceI would suggest adding meals before resorting to protein shakes. Don't become proteincentric, growth lies primarily in excess calories.
breakingfaceWhey protein shouldnt be that hard to digest. It may just take a little while for your body to get used to it. If it continues you may want to pick a different protein powder, whey may not agree with you.
What are your stats?
Diet is the hardest to get in check..get u a plan and stick to it...u are what u eat..to many people rely on aas and 3 hours in the gym( over training-and under eating) u grow while u rest
