Despite getting sick early in the year was able to somewhat bounce back. Ending the year at 270lbs at 5’6”. Never intended to put on so much weight. Been doing legs 3x’s a week, training 80-90 minutes, 20 of that cardio. I’m no bodybuilder, so know I can improve a lot in my physique. Ran a lot more gear than I usually run this year, with short breaks in between cycles.
