i hate to be the one to say this but is there some touch up work done to your pic? could be my monitor, but looks a lil like some touch up was done on the legs and mid section. maybe to even skin tone and/or remove some blimishes? not saying your pic is fake. but as a model, you know as well as i that certain types of modeling shots are "refined" before published.
None whatsoever, straight from my I5. Could be from the spray tan, that was actually the worst one of the year. They tend to spot and blotch from time to time depending on the formula and the applicator.

You look good great abs. Bikini devision I'm guessing? Bigger quads and delts will help. Can't see your glutes but big round hard glutes are the most important thing in bikini. Squat away! +1
Thank you! No on the bigger quads and delts for Bikini. The judges already critiqued me on my short comings and I'm tweaking those now before the Nats on '14. ;)

I generally run pretty clean with exception of the occasional Clen, T3 and Lasix depending on timing.I am considering moving up to figure, if so my regimen will increase especially at the Pro level.
What does your t3 protocol look like.the wifey tried clan but she couldnt keep focus and didnt like it.shes thinkin about t3. Nice work by the way....good luck....
I don't run it on the reg. only a couple of times. For the most part I run cleaner at least until Nat's this year and then Pro. Will have to leave some of that up to my coach. ;)
