I don’t care about these bloods good or bad I’m using a different source but again i will say bloods good AND bad are not n should not be taken as gospel there are tons of different factors that no one knows about w anyone’s bloods that are posted. They are def a great base line and great for the community but they ain’t end all be all. Again good or bad.
100mg puts me at 625-650

100mg/wk should easily put you in that 600-750 range. 200mg/wk should put most people in that 1200+ range
