+ 1 2 years since last cycle

ad

Looking to do another cycle soon. Been 2 years since last cycle. At home calipers show 12% BF. Does that look accurate? Next cycle would be a basic test e for 12 weeks possible adding primo.

Be careful with sodium as well if your eating that much which is in a lot of processed foods. Sodiums a bitch and will make you retain water weight. Potassium is suppose to reduce the water weight from what I know so make sure you keep plenty of bananas on hand.

I was going to take the same thing last year but decided to take EQ instead of primo with the Test E and had great results. Plus the EQ makes you eat like an animals. If I was going to take Test E again I would deff choose EQ with it over primo, but that's just my personal preference.

Planning on it! At 6'3" it's hard to put on quality muscle. Eating a clean 3000 calories now, gonna have to go up another 500-750. Thx for +1

We are the same height & I weigh 265lbs at 12% bf

Bigguy07's picture

What's a day of eating look like for you at that weight with that bf? How many calories?

SuperMax's picture

8-10 meals a day.
400-500 cal per meal so 3200-5000 cal a day
Breakfast is Eggwhite with scrapple
Smoked salmon & cottage cheese 2% fat
Steel cut oats 1/2 cup & a shake at 30g protein.
Eat a lot of chicken, fish 16oz steak twice a week. Plenty of shakes & protein bars.
Get your fats from the fish, alvacodo & almonds
Carbs from Steel cut oats, wheat berry, brown rice & quinoa
Get your sugars from natural src's.
Honey, fruits & berries.
What I tell people that are trying to gain muscle is (body weight X 2 divided by the number of hours your awake in a day. & that's the amount of protein you want to take in every hour

Great info I wish I could + ya for that. According to that I would need 400 grams protein and I'm at roughly 250- 300 a day. I'll work on increasing that. Thanks again
