2 years out of the gym

Hi I've had 2 years out of the gym with no training at all take a look at my profile I'm looking to get back to how I was back then I'm training for two months drug free then going to add a simple cycle in to the mix any thoughts or tips on how to get my body fat down quickly?

  2. Ketogenic diet
  3. If no keto,consider carb cycling
  4. Stay in a deficit. There should be no reason your not losing bf

Want to cut fat quick keto diet would be best way to go ahead even though I am not a big fan of it.
I would stay away from the hormones for a while, you have some work to do before that
