We source all our Pharma Grade products directly from the pharmacies and you can check the authenticity by using the official app of the health ministry of that country and track each pharmacy product. As already mentioned by you, the both Humas are from 2 different batches, one of the elder one of the newest production. We rechecked with the pharmacies as well.

Re the shipping of the Humas and Genos we can send them in original boxes unopened or cartridges/pens taken out of the boxes, in order to save space, as the original boxes are very bulky. But i always advice, if doubts exist from customers side, to make the first purchases shipped in original boxes. Then after having controlled the genuiry, if wanted, we can send in following orders only cartridges/pens and add one folded original box to check the QR code for genuity.
