Thanks Pin. Once my body gets back to normal I'll be putting the helmet on. She has been patiently waiting. With my estro crashed and no test in me things just aren't working quite right yet.

Thanks. I didn't know what to expect when I got there, but once everyone started getting ready backstage and in the pump room I knew I was going to do well. Everyone was telling me I should get overall champ and I did! I was really suprised about the comraderie between all the BB. They know the hard work it takes and seemed ready to congratulate someone when they are looking sharp.

Thanks. Aug will be here before you know it! I was prepping for over 20 weeks, that seems like a long time but now that I look back on it, the time seemed to fly by.

Thanks timberdog. My next phase is to pack on at least 15 pounds of lean body mass to come back even bigger and better for next year. It is going to be quite a trip. My bulking skills are going to be put to the test.

Thanks Harley. Actually I wasn't nervous. I have been in front of big crowds before giving speeches and presentations so I just focused on this being another presentation (although i was standing up there in skimpy underwear). All of the spots lights helped also. I couldn't see a thing in the 1500+ audience because I was blinded by the lights so I am sure that helped alot also.

They are definitely cool trophies. The sword and helmet I got for overall masters champion are the coolest. The posedown for that trophy was brutal but one of the highlights of my night. Could barely walk backstage cause I strarted cramping up afterwards. I am still sore from all the posing two days later.
