My finisher was step down DB curls for 5 reps, dropping 5lbs each time. Starting at 75 and alternating hammer/reg grip. Aall the way to 10lbs with only a transition for rest and I try to keep good form. things feel pretty damn heavy around 50 but by 30 they begin feeling light again. If the first sets are too heavy I start with 3 but only for 2 sets max.
Step down dB curls? Let me google this sounds interesting and always looking for new exercises for the forearms.
My favorite finisher is holding 2 45lb plates and doing the farm walk, holding them as long as possible
