175lbs Self shots 4th cyc

Trying to reach the 200+ at 5'9". Currently benching 315max, squat is 350+. I know I'm young so please no comments about that. I know what I'm doing. Eating over 2500 calories/day split into 5 meals. Looking forward to possibly competing in Men's Physique competitions so let me know what you think I need to do get to that level. Started MT-2 about a week ago as well and love it, won't need it for much longer I know that.

damn dude fourth cycle really? 2500 calories is not nearly enough... you need to up that by 2000 calories. maybe you should have got your diet down before you started doing aas cycles..

Looking ripped. If you trying to bulk up, increase your calorie intake to 4000-5000/day, don't be scare of losing your abs. Once you get to your "goal" 200 then you can lean the fuck up. And dang, 4th cycle and you only 175? How much did you weight before?

Lol thanks bro. Read below, past mistakes and what not. I started them at 18 not really knowing what I was getting into, listening to someone else on what to take and started educating myself on them just before turning 20.

First two cycles were 500mg/week test e, kick start of dbol first 4 weeks and each cycle lasted about 2 1/2 months with pct nolva 40/40/20/20. Out of High School I weighed 155 and got as high as 190 around 19 but without keeping a good eating regiment(not enough calories or just food in general) I usually maintain a weight of 165. This cycle I started at 165 and its been just over four weeks and I'm at 177. Running Test e 650mg/week and deca at 500mg/week btw and started 12.5 mg aromasin eod this week because of gyno and it's slowly going away. My pct this cycle will be clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva as in the previous cycles with Heavy weight gainer shakes. Hoping not to lose anything though. So a lack of proper diet and staying in the weight room 5 days a week as I should can explain why I'm not huge by now. I plan on taking a couple years off completely after this cycle and let the receptors reguvenate themselves. No offense taken. I know what I need to work on and need to stick to it in order to get to my goal.

Ya might wanna up your cals brother. 2500 calories? I would loose weight if i went that low.

Forgot to mention my shakes! haha I take about a 600 cal protein shake twice a day with milk. Try to get them in before and after workout and sometimes just before bed.
