+ 2 16" forearms from the Witchdoctor
ad
Lol...I'm genetically predisposed to baby muscle group of the distal extremities. It requires a lot of effort and eating to evenly balance these distal muscle groups to their superior counterpart. Little calf muscles and forearm are a sign of ....wait for it....wait for it....AfricanAmericanMinimusExtremitus. (copy right biotches).

Good work ;-)
Awww....iheartyou too!
Forearms rule. keep pumping them up. Latest craze in my gym are these fat gripz things. All the kids in there are using them hoping to get big forearms. Maybe they work, I don't know. I'm fortunate to have good forearms though. they call me Popeye in the gym.
I never work forearms out directly anymore, they seem to get enough indirect workout all the time from everything else.
I have noticed at seen those being used. Personally I just keep it simple moves but intense impact. Luckily you have great forearms and most likely great calves too. Its been a year of strict forearm and calve workouts to my routine. I on the other hand cut back on my bi/tri workout to even things out. I just keep on hitting it.
When I was younger i dedicated a full workout to them just like I would for a major bodypart like back or chest. I think that probably helped too.
What do you do for bigger forearms? Mine lack bad maybe just genetics?
I feel you bro. I do diamond short rapid diamond push ups. Static dumbbell holds. My favorite it tying a peice of 6 ft nylon to a 15 lb weight. Tie the loose end to a rod and roll and wind the weight up the line. Its a smoker brother.
GearofWarOh hell yeah it is. Talk about feeling the burn. Ouch lol
Got to do what I have to do brother!
