Lucky enough my blood donation centre has been around the corner from my place of work, so straight there after hard day hopefully this helps someone as well as me. Keep donating to save lives as it has done for members of my family I don't think twice.They sent me a nice little gift which will be appreciated.

for those giving blood every 3 months, it may control your hemoglobin but please watch your Ferritin. Ferritin is essentially stored Iron. It can crash VERY easily. Stay on top of your blood work
