From what you've posted pic wise it's difficult to tell. If you want genuine critique, need to see more than an arm.

I would also say your too smooth and not ready for being 10 weeks out, without knowing your whole training routine, gear intake, food intake etc etc to would be impossible to adjust anything at this stage and to late, I would also say carry on with the diet and comp prep as planned and let your body learn from it and then adjust for next time, as each diet gets easier.... Well it does for me.

If your playing with a lot of cardio... Ramp up aminos, glutamine, Lucine. I feel you need more time. I'm a firm believer in slow and steady changes in diet/routine for drying up.

You got some nice size but honestly I am not so sure getting show ready in 10 weeks is realistic. I'd perhaps use this as a trial run meaning run your show prep to gauge how much longer you need for the next one.

Hard to say threw pics and ur not showing a whole lot. From what I can see I would say your a bit off for 10 weeks out. Do you have someone helping you?
mustafa5903Sadly I don't. It's a novice middle weight show. I've seen the contestants last year and they were barely ready for it haha.
Il do whatever it takes to get bf dropping for the next ten weeks. Idc if I have to lose 1% a week.
good luck bro! hard to gauge your conditioning with just an arm shot. if your not already, start practicing your posing, 3-4x a week for 30 mins at least. have fun brother and good luck. hmu if you have any questions. not a pro, but a few shows under my belt. just started prep for a show in my last week.
