Iam actually surprised that this much can be achieved in only two months. And the gear have kept all my muscles.. and I havent been 100% with the low carb. Would say about 85% clean eating.
what was your daily cal intake?
Actually I didnt count it. I just kept it low carb. And got my 35-40 g proteins with every meal every 3 hour.

jzagYeah, I guess I need to start doing some cardio. I've been in denial for awhile now thinking that the fat would just magically fall off or maybe one day I would just poop it out. But that's not happening so once the EBC starts I'll start hitting up the cardio.
Loool.. yeah I wish the fat would fall off by it self.. but its all about the food I guess. And cardio can help alot too. But if you dont control your carb intake the cardio cant help you that much either.. so go low carb and get your 25-40g proteins every 3 hour. And it actually goes pretty fast. Remember that too much protein is not good either. It will just be stored as energi or fat. The cardio will just boost the things up.
