You look terrible for 10 weeks. You must not be eating much, your training must be below expectations, and your not focused on being bigger, you expect the juice to do the magic work. My 2 cents message me for help bro

troybott89's picture

Going from 190 to 210lbs is bad results from my first Test E cycle? I look terrible lol 99% of normal people would disagree. Isn’t body figure relative from person to person? Looks like I have muscle. Looks like I’ve gained 20lbs. If you saw me 10 weeks ago it’d make your statement laughable. If you got advice besides lift more eat more I’m all ears.

My quality of life has gone up. Knock my figure all you want. I did natty in my 20s off and on. This first cycle at 30. Natty was slow, time consuming, and never got me anywhere close. I guess I can’t relate to the seriousness of people on here. I’m new to this stuff but feels like a lot of shit talk for? I’m content with my life.

I also find it funny my 6 week pic I posted got nice words of encouragement and advice. This time one person says I don’t look good and then everyone follows. The only reason could be vascularity. I didn’t workout before this one. Hilarious.

As mentioned below, do the basics mate. Compound movements, to build a solid base to work from. Having a good solid base to start from (from years of natural lifting) then hit the gear. Using that time to educate and research as much as possible.

Don't take this as a hate comment, but my advice start from scratch. Build up, onto bigger and better.

troybott89's picture

Well I’m already 10 weeks into a cycle so what’s the point? The concerns are valid and the advice is solid if I really were to lose everything and PCT was hell. Obviously after going through PCT and a break I will see what I keep/how my body feels. Then I’ll determine if a second cycle would be worthwhile. I’m planning on probably just cycling during summer months. Just my inexperienced 2 cents.

Cycling gear or as in the bike? Just seems 10 weeks into a test cycle, and thus is your progress? What's your food like and training. Just curious as looks like you've never entered a gym sorry.

troybott89's picture

‘Your gonna lose it all’ I feel is a bit dramatic. If anyone believes this and wants to place a friendly wager I will bet against it. I don’t dispute the concerns and the advice is solid but everyone takes steroids for different reasons. I plan on going through PCT and a break. Then I will see what I keep/how my body feels. That will determine if a second cycle would be worthwhile risk. I’m also considering just cycling during summer months. My inexperienced 2 cents.

Who's gonna loose it all? Check reference before you point fingers Smile good luck with it all

troybott89's picture

Lol okay you get what I mean bro. That was a good laugh. I got a six pack and chest from riding a bike and never touching a gym. I’m not trying to get the gym everyday/juiced out look. Your sarcasm is a compliment. If I told you I was a natty you would believe it. Good luck with whatever you’re on. Sounds like you know everything and anything about gym and juice. Hats off to ya

SegaKid87's picture

My brothers alot more solid looking then you. He's never touched the stuff. Was trying to be nice, all this gears gone to your head. You look like shit for someone on juice. Was no fun here pal, makes me laugh guys that take shit that have not done any ground work.

troybott89's picture

Lmao yeah first cycle of Test E and I’m all juiced out of my mind. Good for you and you’re ‘brother’ man you earned it the hard way. Does your ego feel better now? Where were you being nice? I’m taking a chemical boost that affects me why you so mad bruh lol. I’m fine with my results. I’ve gained 20lbs and look a lot better. Chill.

SegaKid87's picture

Chill none needed, good luck to you

Bud you need time in the gym and the table,
I doubt you’ll retain anything off that cycle because you haven’t built a base.
That’s harsh but I’m giving you good advice.
Rome wasn’t built in a day...

What you mean no base? No fat? I’m not sure what you’re advice is other than stating I’m gonna lose everything lol. I am worried with no fat that the muscle will eat away faster. And my genetics make storing fat an issue. Lifted for 2 years before my first partial cycle. Baseline was 135lbs for me. This is my first full cycle. Also not concerned about getting too much bigger than this if I’m being honest. If I ‘retain nothing’ I’d be shocked but this my first complete cycle so guess we’ll see.

I also have a question. Do sides get less or more pronounced when you do more cycles? My first 6 week partial cycle at same dose had more pronounced side effects.

Sam I Am's picture

If you get as big as possible and then run the gear it works better.

I can look at your body and tell your not working everything equally .
Chest looks much bigger than your shoulders etc,
If your just looking for the frat guy look that’s cool. Your gains will be better if you work every part,

I’d recommend working each part to failure twice a week. Don’t put the bar down till there’s nothing left, not even a half rep. Atleast on the last set of every exercise.
No machines. Free weight and body weight exercises only.
Add 1000 calories a day. Don’t worry about the abs.
Do that for two years and then revisit the hormones,
You’ll thank me if you do that.

That makes a lot of sense. I’ve done the whole natty thing in my mid 20’s and never got that big and I’ll admit wanted to try a cycle to speed it up. I’m at a point in life with age, work, and life I don’t have the time necessary to get there anytime soon.

You’re pretty spot on. I have shoulder problems from baseball and sports so the pain from heavy shoulder lifts scares me. I do heavy incline bench and light back and side shoulder lifts. As for abs I only do ab wheel once a week. I think most of my exercises hit the core a little especially pull ups. But genetically I’ve always had abs. I’m almost all free and body weight for most part. Machine sometime for hamstrings and

I appreciate your advice and am definitely using it as motivation to finish this cycle as best I can. Depending how PCT goes will probably decide if I want to continue cycling.

Building a base might be described as an already muscular frame. So having already built ones self to a decent level of muscularity the chances of losing what is then added with steroids is lessened. Even tho with a perfect pharma pct muscle will still be lost.

The physique you have now if built naturally would of been a better starting point for gear use. If you keep 5-10lbs of what you gained you will of done well.

troybott89's picture

Got you. Thanks for explanation. So how can you tell what my base was and claim I will lose it all? I think it would take me 3 more years to get where I am now naturally. The point of cycles is to speed this process up right? At 30 almost 31 it probably take even longer. I’m naturally a low body weight and low T. I have a feeling I will keep at least 5-10 as I’m already at 20lbs gained and probably will get more in 2 weeks. But we will see. Even if I were to lose it all I’ve had a great summer during this pandemic. I know you lose some at end of cycle but lose it all? Test E is giving me good result at a reasonable dose from my research. I’m still unsure as to why people switch to Tren and such. I have a feeling I won’t be.

Sam I Am's picture

I agree. For most men the risk vs reward just isn’t there for Tren.
+2
Now start drinking a gallon of whole milk a day and training compound exercises to failure.
Good luck
