+ 1 1 wk into my abu test E, Equipoise and anavar cycle to get me bk on the road after microdiscectomy surgery

In a nutshell back went 1 wk into last bulking cycle hadnt been rite for a while... Ouch!..... Surgery :(.... Boared, eroids time, dreams of being active and getting bk in shape... 2 months after surgery fuck the pain killers its yoga and been working out within limits now the magic of the compounds are beginning to take effect i frontloaded 500mg of Abu Test E mixed with 600mg of PC Eq and have ran 40mg a day of pharmacom anavar a week since today i began, i jab again after i post at 250mg test E pw mixed with the Equipoise at 400mg pw for another 15wks so 16 wks in total stopping the EQ wk 14 as it needs to be cleared up prior to PCT.
Feel best ive felt for ages which is kinda to be expected, libido is up, vascularity comes from nowhere all of a sudden and the propper gym work starts this week, time to fix up

New pics of my back are a couple of wks old now will post end results in two weeks big difference in strength and size, still working out in my safe zone so cant go crazy as in a nutshell my back is infact still fucked possibly going to be even harder to correct this time as my microdiscectomy has failed, sciatica is back now in left leg where it was the right predominantly pre op and my spine due to weakness/unbalance and the vertibre rubbing against each other has gave me a large bone spur and my back is trying to fuse itself.
I did tell the surgeon i wanted spinal fusion as i thought it would be a better fix for a active 26/27 year old... Seems i was rite and i cant wait to see him and let him know what i think

Good workout today felt strong, bk was sore but it always is, started with 10 mins cycling at mid to high resistance got heart beat up to 180+ bpm and thought ebough time for some DB cbest presses, 4 sets of 20x25/20 an 2 sets at 17.5 14 reps im out of shape bad lol wgilst doing BD presses I did 20x 25kg shrugs between the sets, just getting the feel for my gym again I think today and it was a quiet sunday so could do everything I wanted, did some bicep curls on barbell 3 sets of 10 reps just 30kg bar with form ( getting it again) as id worked em last night but limited so just wanted to do a bit extra on them, did biceps on isolation macneine 3 sets of 14 then did some cable bicep work to failure.
Finished with 3 sets for each of 16-20 reps on the leg bicep curl macheine, the leg extension macheine and the leg press machiene and I went fair heavey leg pressing 85kg with ease at 20 reps no back deamonds or pains int arse. In the past I did neglect legs work at the gym ( avoiding compound lifts at min) in the past but played football and cycled alot so they were a decent size anyways but as you should know work your legs! On way out I thought yeah im pumped I think ill do 3 sets of 12 cable upright rows, then I stretched on the power plate it works for me and walked out feeling like I acheived what I wanted.
Nice pump during workout felt strongest ive felt for months obviously I suppose, did notice my left elbow felt a bit dodgey after DB bench presses so ill see how that goes over the next few days think its inevitable as ive not done much weights for a while now ill play it careful, anyhoo inject tomorrow also doing a dedicated back working day with my brother, hes gonna point me with some advice on working the upper and in particular the lower trapezius muscle groups these are in need of strengthening for my recovery, will be doing plenty of cardio aswel, getting the body used to woking hard again and its hurting now and it will hurt plenty more but I will regain strength and have a more fulfilled life, now I rest my back and mind sleep comes soon.

I know how it is to have a messed up back..Mine is so messed up it shocks people when I tell them what all has happened to it..And here I am still beasting in the gym. Also have scoliosis of the spine think they spell it that way its basically slight curvature as a knock on effect of the lower lumbar issues.....i am not wanting to sit around on fuckin pain meds i want to do something beneficial and i see the way... Cheers bro peace Smile

I have done over a year of research on here and even more time on ova internet sites clinical studys,pct protocols/col 1,2,3 synth studys hpta research ect by no meens am i supreame master off AAS but i have done my dues of study and i am lost to know what that meens lol and for you to base the fact(not fact) that he has not done anuff reasearch bcuz he duz not know what you or that meens is just stupid if it is slang term for something then it is not science so why would he of researched this.i think you seen his pic frt this guy is not to big must no fuckall i will have a pop at him.this maybe seems a little bit over the top but people are to often getting digs at people and being negative its starting to get to me.i have not been the blunt of any shitty remarks but see far to many people who are everyday on here.no insult ment on small remark joebig lol az i know you have lost gains after surgery ect.

Im using var for its effects that are appealing to myself particularily after the injury/surgery i have had.
Ive lost a fair bit of weight and size and im doing what i belive is besf after extensive research and advice.
I dont understand your meaning when you say "so your living of the var" ? Im not looking to get huge this cycle i know what im doing or i wouldnt be doing it.
Ill be posting pics the whole time so results will be seen

Hell I'd live off var if I wasnt a broke a$$. The only thing that would make var better is if it were injectable. Judging by your body comp and cycle setup your gonna love it. Good luck man keep us posted.

Yeah ive lost a fair bit of size and lots of strength/flexibility im working on it with physio and the rest, its through exercise (limited) and a very strict diet ive managed to keep my BF down relatively low, at a point it peaked at around 20% bf which is an awful lot for me and because i was doing nothing and un motivated itd have went up more if id not addressed it and put my chin up... going to check my BF/weight tomorrow as i suspect im down to around 12% BF now, i feel stronger so desired effect has started ill keep posting progress.... You gotta do what you gotta do.
Yeah i believe for the size of me presently my outlined course is about rite its not about getting as big as asap, its about building bk up my micro skeletal mucle weakness, its about taking compounds that are certainly going to assist recovery amd coming out the other end and being able to do that bulking course that ended because my back went NO lol

Oh yeah running var at 40mg per day for 6wks then a break from the orals for 4 wks taking me to week 10 then back on the var at 40-60mg p/d up to pct.
I also have plenty of pharma grade proviron, arimidex (if needed prob not) and im getting some pharma clomid to run with the nolva for 4-5wks.
Dont have experience and wouldnt know where to start with HCG so im just doing the forementioned PCT.

I have run var at 50mg a day for 3 months with zero issues, only positives. I suggest starting it at 50 mg a day split into a morning and afternoon dose. 50 is the most common basline. Good Luck.

Been doing the var at 50mg now for past 4 days been taking 2 in the morn 1 in afternoon and 2 at night my ideas keeping an amount of it in my system 24/7 ive noted strength is defo up now feel good at the gym got enough to see me rite for another 5 wks at 50mg then a break but think ill get some more for ending the cycle.
Everyones saying I look well I have leaned out, vascularity is up as is libido and im up 4 pounds this wk with a drop of BF bot sure the % but the eye tells ill check it and post it asap

Dont want to run the var too long as ive been on some amount of pain killers, granted i have phased them out or virtually over the last month in prep for my cycle, ive got plently of var and money isnt an issue so i may well opt to do 50mg, ive been doing the split dose half morn half in the evening.
Think ill start "living off the var" lol.... Theres no doubting its benefits and attractive qualities for myself some dis var but with a bad bk its in the stack thanks for the food for thought bro Smile

Yeah its just as i stated before mate ive no experience with HCG in past cycles just used clomid/nolva and its been sufficient but never cycled with HCG SO its kind of un-known territory to me but i am aware it is beneficial to have this at hand.
money is not a problem, i have plenty of time to tweek what im doing and i can get HCG, the pen, bacteriostatic water and all... if you could give me some pointers on how to take/doseage that would be appreciated mate, i posted my piece and i do take advice so cheers bro food for thought

my last cycle finished after a week because i ruptured my L5 S1 disc and had to stop as i could barely walk or sit and the cycle before this the only orals ive ran have been Dbol and Adrol as a kickstart to a "cycle"

Looks like youve had no positive input throughout this simple post of a back pic i put up last night which is about post microdiscectomy surgery and how im trying to hasten recovery i do not understand how this innocent post by myself which i look bloody skinny and is a shaddow of my former self has turned so sour. You know what it hasnt always been this way steroids , im doing what ive been advised by someone i trusts judgement a helpful member of this forum and from my own research, thanks for helping build this mess by including snide remarks like i got butt hurt lol it is funny dont get me wrong but in its context it is yet another example of ignorance so you have just once again show a tone of distain towards myself which is un needed and i cant stress enough un-helpful. Did you not just jump on the bandwagon from the start? Any positive input so far?
