i've gradually worked my way up to 4.5iu's a day and results have been amazing. I feel its so strong i could of happily stayed at 2-3 iu's though and lasted longer, past 4 and really noticing the muscle results and fullness, vascularity etc. I plan on buying hghphama's 10 pack deal and staying on as long as i can lol
