42 days total test 2,000 mg
Starting my actual cycle Monday January 23rd that is when i should be getting labs done again and by that time my base line should be back to the normal level I have of LOW

Good luck with the trt. The rule of thumb for dropping weight is usually low glycemic carbs, ex: ezekial bread, sweet potatos. Healthy fats are incorporated with high protein. The healthy fats will help with reduced carb intake. I'm sure you may already know how to create a diet plan since you were a trainer though. Best of luck, I'm sure you'll make a nice transformation. Don't use the shoulder surgery as something that will hold u back. Abnormal may have good advice for training with that vice. For you light weight high reps would be best.

Thx that is what I am talking about that is advice and I appreciate that! Yeah high reps is what I am doing im trying a new method and will track everything starting tomorrow ill write the routine and work on my diet for the week its going to be a challenge in itself im going to start with a full day fast and only drink v8 and cranberry juice the next day less than 50 carbs and over 300 protein with less than 2500 cals then start the actual diet schedule every week I will upload a progress pic and track it along with my cycle info from bannerbody! Hulk labs especially since everyone is telling me how fat I am and that my cycle makes no sense so we will see I gave u points for not being a douche thx bro!

There's a lot of guys here that post pics and I commend them all. I won't post mine for fear of LE. I wouldn't crash carbs too fast, do it in. 50 gram incriments. The v8 juice has a lot of sodium, not reccomended during a cycle, maybe blend your own veggies. Thx for the props

WELL UNLESS THEY PUT OUT AN APB FOR A 35 YEAR OLD ON TRT WITH MAN BOOBIES I THINK THEY WILL HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING ME LOL! If you do decide to a cycle with higher mg of test, it would be highly advisable to have nolva and possible letro on hand. The only reason Im pointing that out is cause you said you have man boobies. I had a buddy with your exact built and he thought anabolics was the miracle fix to a ripped body. He ended up getting extream gyno and his serms were bunk. He is now going thru a hard time to get surgery paid for. I would get my diet dialed in and take the min amount of test you personaly need before doing high doses of aas. Your avi pic has me concered, cause I feel your going to jump to high doses of testoterone. God Bless you and train hard.

I'm running t3 with my cycle, I'm about to go back down on pyramid dosage. I like to take it during cycle helps keep belly down from eating insane amounts of food on cycle. With work fuul time and body building part time, time management can be tough, I hear you there.

Bro, I would suggest spending some time on the plates BEFORE you begin your cycle... take some time to research and get your diet dialed in first

Just because I look like shit right now doesn't mean I haven't done researchand as far as hitting the plates first?? I don't understand what that means and don't plan on hitting any plates my shoulder is a mess already had surgery for torn labrum and rotator cuff along with torn delt repaired from injuries when I hit the plates and was doing military presses 225 for reps and pushing myself to far too fast the majorty of my exercises are going to be isometric and dumbell work ill look for my mri pics later and post them if I can find them along with my ortho surgery: and my diet will be on point I use to be a certified personal trainer, dietician and I was in the marine corps and use to show people in the weightroom the right way to train. I appreciate the. 02 but if you want it to be beneficial then give me actual relevant advise trust me I know I look like a disgusting fat slob but I gurantee that my results show my experience I am open to suggestions aandwelcome advise I don't know everything and the majortiy of the stuff I learned over the past few months is because I had no one to offer real help it was all google;books; medical studies etc I know very little about gear compared to the rest of you guys. Feel free to send me a pm if you wan to offer cycle advise or any thoughts to help with training with the injuries I have!

I plan running a 12 week cycle as stated earlier I am on doc prescribed and doing a maint dose because of low test levels my actual cycle will start in about 2 weeks

that info was not my cycle that is my doc prescribed does of test cyp. I am starting my actual cycle in about 2 weeks after my next blood test. i took a shot last night of 200mg so by then the blood levels will be back to normal my actual cycle is more or less to gain the results i want but i have heard mixed thigns so i am going against the grain and trying something different. I will be keeping track of everythign from calories to protein to water to food to all the gear i am taking i am almost commited to the cycle just waiting to hear back from the sRC about one more question.

Hopefully your not skipping meals or starving yourself. Thats the wrong way to go about dieting. I think you should go to our forum and ask for advice.
