Yes I am doing the vegan diet, and I get my protein from soy and beans, and my protein shake I blend up almonds and peanuts with soy milk, and it seems to be pretty effective

Yea brotha I can't disagree with it? I dropped 12 lbs in the same time frame. Using just over 1g complete protein per lb body weight using same amount of complex carbs. Imo you will hold more lbm, didn't say you couldn't lose weight on the vegan diet
