How do you get your protein? I know there are many things with protein but I still had a hard time getting it all. That Vega protein is good but its expensive. Its hard to get 250 - 300 grams a day on plant based sources alone.
Yes it is, and I got my protein, from soy, beans, broccoli's, vegan cheese, and peanuts and ect. I'm not worried about consuming a lot of protein right now, because I'm trying to cut down to 180 right now, I was 202 before dieting so yeah...
and try Vegan pizza with the vegan cheese, it's actually really good! and it's healthy and protein, it's not like pizza hut good, but it's the closest thing to it! and add veggies to it so it won't be plain! and to add more flavor add a little spice to it by adding crushed peppers
