BaOr spend even a week on a crime with a victim. My house was burglarized recently, knew who did it, had fingerprints, and the police didn't even care to investigate. Oddly enough, they didn't steal that much gear. I mean they took some but I guess rathered room in their pockets for my savings and bill money. I'd rather them solve even a quarter of their crimes with actual victims before lifting a finger to sign a search warrant on a drug dealers house.
Also, weird thought, how come people have smoke out, pot activist rallies but I've never once on the news seen a story with a bunch of people in incredible shape with legalize gear signs and 250 shirts instead of 420? Damn wouldn't it be embarrassing if someone had a heart attack while there?
My bail was set at 10k. When they say bail you pay the full amount it has nothing to do with the bond part. When a bonds men puts up a bond he pays the court 10 percent cash if you don't show up the bonds men hunt you down. If the cops get u first the bonds men need to pay the court the remaining valence of 40k and they loose 50k. What can I tell you that's how it works in my area.
I rather pay 10k and get it back to my wife when all is set and done instead of posting a bond and putting a lien or paying intrest.
Making it clear FYI BONDS NEED TO COME FROM A BAILS BOND or a house lien. A bails bond for my charge and area charges 20 percent. My case has dragged for almost a year and might go into another year or two before trail.

Bail you have to put up cold hard cash. No credit. I'm out on bail.
Bond you can put up a loan, house or 10 percent of the bond amount cash.
an example my bail was set at 10,000.00 or 50,000.00 bond.
