Shit with what i am running im having to pin 7 times a week , my poor ass,quads,tri's feel like a pin pad ....and to think i just started on friday lol yeah i know suck it up big baby lol ....what are your thoughts on pinning in the traps ? i need a new location lol

AnonI hit my hips towards the front and rear(just below where your belt would go around your body) and the upper outer glutes. That is 6 site right there. With your quads and tri's gives you ten days before starting over. 7 days is a straight MF'er.....LOL
I don't know about traps. Maybe try delts and calves.
Eric090585i've heard horror stories about calves, so i've stayed away from'em. but i'm pinning 5 times a week and i need a new site as well!!!!! i only use both cheeks and both thighs right now..
maybe on upper arm..you know,where you get the fucking flu shot at..? that should work, but what size pin for that?
I use the same spots as you. Glutes are the best for me. Probably for arms like a 25g 1" .
