My phone does this already. I have a oneplusone and a black phone. Check those out. One plus one can full encrypt phone, full encrypt sim, whisper push and also can run on your on VPN, has privacy block which manually blocks apps from requesting sensitive info also is an affordable phone. The black phone takes it to the next level but the price tag goes up too. Has its on VPN , full tor, full phone encrypt , full sim encrypt along with encrypt text, also can wipe phone info along with its operating system which renders the phone useless the list goes on.
