I am really surprised to see Vega on that list judging by how expensive it is.. Damn..

Iron and arsenic contaminate a lot of plant based supplements. The same thing happened with some popular brands of plant based vitamins. We See a lot of advertisers pretending that plant based is more healthy but unfortunately they tend to be more easily contaminated.Herbalife had the same problem at one time.

Is there anywhere that lists the complete list of tested protein, all I seen was the worst and best

Yep I read this article. I was thinking about posting it myself. I don’t do organic stuff anyway, sometimes I think it is just a gimmick to charge more anyway.

My cheep wallyworld brand of protein was in the good side of the list.
Just my opinion

Just reviewed, Awesome site I never knew about. +1
I use True Nutrition, unfortunately I did not see them on there. I'm gonna reach out to see what I takes to have them tested. Thanks Pal.

Thanks for the link bro. Ignorance kills not research.

Look on the bright side, the ones that were the worst for you are the ones that taste like shit.I tried that Vega protein and I threw away a whole bottle. It was disgusting.Ill stick to milk and egg blends.
Note:I think we need Vegan Gains opinion on this.lol

I take chelation tablets with my tuna just in case.

You could always switch to Sardines... significantly less mercury

Dude I ate all I am ever going to eat in the jungles of Central America I am never gonna eat them again. Maybe some sardines in my Cesar dressing and Worcestershire Sauce.

Great post. Thank you for sharing. Some real scary stuff floating out there in unregulated world of over the counter supplements. Simply reinforces the old saying , " Nothing beats real whole food" when it comes to optimally fueling the body.
