The cough is just oil hitting the lungs through the bloodstream, which I'm sure you know, and has absolutely nothing to do with being tren or proving the legitimacy or potency of a certain product. this is why I laugh whenever I hear of anybody correlating the cough with "good tren" lol
Basically it passes your heart first and that's where u get the light headed feeling. Then it goes to your lungs where it's causes microembolism and this brings on the coughing spell as your body is getting rid of the foreign substances in your bloodstream. Tren just causes the worse reactions and hence the name tren cough. The worse one I got was from test and mast

I can't vouch for that stealth tren but I slept on my left side last night and when I woke up my hand was numb so at least my GH is legit lol
