I just wanna say I’m grateful to be a member of this group, I’m in recovery but I’d be lying if I said I had to liveI’m in recovery but I’d be lying if I said everything is good as I struggle a lot more these days than I have previously. Its hard to single out the reason or main reason, I know that I’m responsible for my recovery and my progress and I fucked up recently. I’m the type of person that always looks at what I should have or where I should be at in life at this point and that’s a hard pill to swallow. I will say that I was just approved for this group yesterday, so if these kind of posts aren’t allowed or I guess fitting, please let me know, and I will remove promptly. I apologize in advance if so. I’ve just been looking for a place that has other people in the same situation, or like my people that I could talk to and open up to and be honest about where I’m at and my mistakes and things of that nature it’s going on day-to-day and completely alone. I do online college classes, or bachelors in science for business management. I also have a daughter in me and her mother coparent extremely well and split 50-50. I’m really blessed and the department. I’m really outgoing and if anybody needs any like-minded conversation or support or someone to vent to just yell and cuss out or anything feel free to hit me up, hope everyone has a good day

Great Post~! Glad you found us and joined us. I had trouble getting to the site tonight, Kept saying File Not Found. Anyway we are here now. We all struggle. It is not how many times we fall. Getting up is the real deal.
I choose to regularly attend 12-Step Meetings. I have a sponsor I talk to regularly. I pray/meditate on Recovery every day. I do community service. I learned how to live the 12-Steps with my sponsor. Not Perfect. I do what the books and people with Real Recovery in their lives do. Everyday. I want a better life for myself, and my loved ones. I don't want to go to jail, an asylum, or die from some bad choice I make. My family got better when I stopped using. I have an amazing life today with adventure, love, and security. I thank God everyday for all the gifts.
Please keep sharing and caring in The Recovery Lounge.
Ciao Auto
I work out regularly, I use Test and assorted roids. I try to keep it to 600mg/week.

Welcome buddy! You are free to say as much or as little as you want to - your post is absolutely fine. I didn't realise there were a few members pending and waiting on approval, we seem to of suddenly had quite a few applications to join which is great to see. The group has been very quiet lately and over Xmas so its brilliant to see some posts going up from new members, its nice to hear new peoples stories and backgrounds Smile

Yea I actually stumbled across the group right around Christmas, and noticed the one post, I was just glad to see the group is still up and active with members!! It's a relief really, I look forward to building more connections and interacting with fellow members
